Q. - How many hours will the videographer be on site for the package you have selected?

A. - Make sure that you understand what is provided in the package that you have selected.  If you want video of the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, make sure that is included in the package.  If you want the video to include the bride and groom leaving the reception on their honeymoon, make sure that is included in the package.

Q. - What type of equipment does the videographer use?  Is it digital?

A. - Make sure that your videographer is using digital equipment.  Digital equipment provides a much higher quality video.  With today's technology, the size of the camera is not nearly as important as the quality of video the camera produces.  Many of the newer smaller professional cameras capture much higher quality video than the older, larger cameras.

Q. - Will your video be delivered on VHS tape or DVD?

A. - If you have a DVD player, make sure that your video will be delivered on DVD.  The video quality on a DVD will be much higher than on VHS tape and it will last much longer than tape.  If you don't have a DVD player, purchase one.  Street prices for DVD players are now below $50.00.  DVD's will allow you to view your wedding video at the same quality level the digital video camera captured.  DVD's are produced in the DVD-R format by Wonder Hill Video.  It will be necessary that your DVD player be compatible with the DVD-R format.  Most recently manufactured DVD players are compatible with the DVD-R format

Q. - How many copies of the completed video will be included and what is the charge for additional copies of the video.

A. - Make sure that you are purchasing the package of options that meets your requirements.  Many times packages contain bundled items that you don't want or need.  If you don't see the package you want, tailor a package to your needs, it may save you money.  We offer a basic package which includes what most customers in our area want and then let you add the options you desire.
