Video Format
With the advent of digital video technology, the opportunity to produce high
quality event videos at a reasonable price became a reality.
Wonder Hill Video uses "3 chip" digital cameras in all of its productions.
3 chip technology means that each primary color is captured by a separate
video device reproducing colors in vibrant reality.
Digital technology allows increased resolution in the images captured. The cameras that we
use are the same ones that are used in many network and cable video productions.
All this means that your video will be much better quality than one produced using
"Home Video" equipment.
Your edited DVDs will be made directly from the digital master
tapes using the latest in computer video editing equipment. They will be written in DVD-R
format, the oldest and most compatible of the computer generated formats
and will play on most DVD players currently being manufactured today.
If your DVD player is 2 or more years old it may be necessary
to purchase a new DVD player that is compatible with the DVD-R format.
Just take a look at some of the captured video images on this page and others
on this website. They are captured from one of our wedding videos and they look as
good or better than photographs.
Digital 3 chip quality makes a difference.
All images on this page are video captures from a recent wedding.
